Sólstafir es un banda no muy reconocida de Islandia formada en 1994 en la ciudad de Reykjavik. antes tocaba black metal con influencias viking pero ahora es una banda completamente diferente hablando de su sonido, y hablando precisamente de su sonido es muy dificil encasillarla en un solo genero ya que en este album ud puede escuchar mucha progresion, post-rock, psicodelia, black metal (?), y hasta lo que llaman post-metal.
Este album es epico, unico y bello en pocas palabras por esas razones recomiendo escuchar esta banda!
